This is great in my opinion. Companies are now taping into the unconventional, yet popular, interests of target consumers. They are gearing the interest, whether it be vampires, super heros or zombies, and humor to catch attention and ultimately drive sales. Because who wouldn’t want a zombie proof car, or silver infused peppers spray to fight off vampires? We can’t argue…along with the indie music, the hipster fashions, there has been a spark in sci-fi entertainment, and advertisers are choosing to run with it!
